The lawyers of Munger, Reinschmidt & Denne LLP have extensive experience handling a wide range of matters. Stan has over 40 years of legal experience, including general litigation, business litigation, personal injury, employment law (including discrimination), criminal defense and medical malpractice. Dave has over 25 years of legal experience, engaged in the areas of family law (including divorce and custody), general litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense. Jay has over 20 years of legal experience, and is currently focused on serving as a mediator in both family law and general litigation matters, as well as continuing to work with the firm on matters relating to general litigation, employment law, criminal defense, and family law.

  • Signature Management Group, L.L.C. v. Gerald Kirke and Wild Rose Entertainment, L.L.C. (Iowa District Court for Polk County): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a business dispute, obtaining an award from the jury of $10 million in damages.
     
  • Scott v. City of Sioux City, et al (United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa): The Firm represented the plaintiff in an employment retaliation claim, obtaining a settlement of $300,000.
     
  • Baker v. John Morrell & Co. (United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a sexual harassment and retaliation claim, obtaining an award from the jury of over $1.5 million in damages.
     
  • Estate of David McFarlin, et al, v. City of Storm Lake, et al, (United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a wrongful death lawsuit, obtaining a settlement of over $1 million.
     
  • Lopez, et al. v. Aramark Uniform & Career Apparel, Inc., (United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a sexual harassment and retaliation claim, obtaining an award from the jury of over $500,000 in damages.
     
  • Ogden v. Wax Works. Inc., (United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a sexual harassment and retaliation claim, obtaining an award from the jury of over $500,000 in damages.
     
  • Campbell v. State of Iowa Department of Correctional Services, et al (Iowa District Court for Woodbury County): The Firm represented the plaintiff who made claims of sex discrimination, age discrimination, and retaliation for being a whistleblower. The trial judge awarded over $400,000 in damages to the plaintiff.
     
  • Condon Auto Sales and Service, Inc., et al, v. Siouxland Auto Auction, Inc., et al (Iowa District Court for Woodbury County): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a business dispute, obtaining an award from the jury of over $350,000 in damages.
     
  • Clarey v. K-Products, Inc. (Iowa District Court for Sioux County): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a wrongful discharge claim, obtaining an award from the jury of over $350,000 in damages.
     
  • Walde v. Sioux City Community School District (United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa): The Firm represented the plaintiff in a sexual harassment claim, obtaining a settlement of $350,000.
